How do I register?
Registration is simple. Enter your email address on the login page and select the radio button "I am a new customer". Click "Continue", agree to the licenses and fill the form. What can I purchase online?
Individual images, individual animations and animation sets (3 or more animations sold together) licenses may be purchased online. Images, standard format animations and animation sets are downloaded directly onto your hard drive. HD animations are usually delivered by courier.

What is a license agreement?
If you intend to purchase images or animations from 3D4Medical.com you must read the appropriate license agreement fully. If you are in a country where we are required to charge VAT, you will be required to enter your VAT number. If you fail to do this at the time of purchase, we are legally prevented from refunding this tax amount later. Please note that we do not charge VAT to purchasers based in the USA.

'Royalty free' means that you don't have to pay royalties to use the animations that you've purchased from 3D4Medical. In other words it means you pay once and use forever. You use the animations subject to the terms of our license agreement.

You can search for a set by visiting the Animation Store or you can search for a particular title by entering the exact title of a set or the set number into the search box, e.g. The Heart Part I or CD201 etc.

Returns Policy - Animations
Refunds are not generally available, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our Customer Service department immediately in writing, within 14 days of purchase. You will be required to sign a legal document undertaking not to use the animations or animation Set. If you received the animation/Set via CD/DVD, you will also be required to return the set, at your own expense, to our Irish Headquarters. The seal must be unbroken. No refund will be processed without the returned product. After 30 days of purchase we are unable to process returns if we have not received the CD/DVD.
